บริษัท เซอิโระ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง ในปี พ.ศ.2533 ให้เข้ามาศึกษาแนวโนมทางธุรกิจในประเทศไทย และในปี 2536 ได้ก่อตั้งและดำเนินธุรกิจเป็นผู้แทนจำหน่าย เครื่องจักรกลอัตโนมัติควบคุมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ (CNC) ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียนเพียง 6ล้านบาท โดยการนำเข้าสินค้าจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นเป็นหลัก โดยมีบุคลากรที่มีประสบการณ์ และวิศวกรชาวญี่ปุ่น พร้อมให้บริการด้านเทคนิค 

บริษัทฯ ดำเนินกิจการเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการทางธุรกิจ ของผู้ผลิตในส่วนอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ อุตสาหกรรมแม่พิมพ์ และอื่นๆ จนสามารถเพิ่มทุนเป็น 10ล้านบาท ในปีพ.ศ.2542 และขยายขอบเขตของการบริการ สู่เครื่องจักรกลเทคโนโลยีสูง รวมถึงเครื่องมือต่างๆ เราสามารถตอบสนอง ความต้องการผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจหลากหลายขนาด ภายใต้ภาวะการที่แข่งขันกันสูง บริษัทฯ ได้ขยายงานสู่ธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตและออกแบบ โดยจัดจำหน่ายซอฟแวร์ในรูปของ 3D CAD/CAM ภายใต้แบรนด์ CIMATRON เราพร้อมบริการให้คำปรึกษา และเปิดอบรมให้แก่ผู้ที่สนใจ
